How it Works . . .

We've always known that exercise is good for the body - but the benefits for your heart and mind might be more vital.  If you are interested in meeting me for a "Walk and Talk" counselling session, just let me know when booking your appointment, and we'll arrange a good location.

Sessions are 50 mins long - but speed, pace, and distance are always determined by YOU.

How it Started . . .
Some students just "don't do gym" - and the regular activities that come with it.  A few years ago, I modified the PE 10 course into a Lifetime Fitness class that focused on hiking, walking, and of course lots of talking.  It quickly turned into what I called "Group Therapy on Legs".  Everyone was sharing and getting way more exercise . . . and enjoying it!
